Returns & Exchanges
At Shop Fatima Diallo, all sales are final with respect to refunds. We gladly accept exchanges and offer store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of your delivery date.
- All sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. However, we can accommodate modifications to size or shipping address — please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
How to Return
- Initiate your return using the link above.
- Pack your item(s) securely and include a note inside the package with your order number and the size or item needed for your exchange. Missing this information may delay processing.
- Ship your return using the prepaid label provided through our returns portal (domestic orders only).

Shipping Costs
Store Credit Returns (Domestic):
- A $10 return shipping fee is charged through our returns portal at the time of your return request.
- Store credit is issued for the full value of the item(s) returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges (Domestic):
- A $10 return shipping fee is charged through our returns portal to cover the cost of your return label.
- We will cover the cost of shipping your exchange item back to you at no additional charge.
International Returns:
- We do not provide return labels for international orders. International customers are responsible for arranging and covering all return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
- For international exchanges, once we receive your return, we will cover the cost of shipping your exchange item back to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address — including any apartment or suite numbers — is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Orders returned to us due to address issues will require a new shipping fee before being reshipped.
International Orders International shipments typically arrive within 10–20 business days. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. For estimated customs costs, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering. Shop Fatima Diallo is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
