Thank you for shopping with Shop Fatima Diallo. Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, high-volume periods, and holidays. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number at the email address provided at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for your tracking information to update accurately after your shipment has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Domestic (United States):
- Shipping rates vary by location and are displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping on all domestic orders $150 and over.
- Standard and express shipping options are available at checkout.
- Delivered via UPS or USPS.
Canada:
- Shipping rates vary by location and are displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping on all Canada orders $200 and over.
- Standard and express shipping options are available at checkout.
International:
- Shipping rates vary by location and are displayed at checkout.
- Standard and express shipping options are available at checkout.
- International orders are shipped via DHL.
- Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days for standard shipping.
- Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. For estimated customs costs, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering. Shop Fatima Diallo is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address — including any apartment or suite numbers — is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Orders returned to us due to address issues will require a new shipping fee before being reshipped.
Lost or Undelivered Packages Shop Fatima Diallo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier directly to file a claim.
Order Modifications We are unable to cancel orders once placed. However, we can accommodate modifications to size or shipping address — please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
